Already during Federico García Lorca’s lifetime, and since then, his verses have naturally been a constant source of inspiration for many composers from different cultures. As part of the cycle dedicated to his musical universe, this concert presents an anthology of songs composed from his poems by authors of varied aesthetics, three of them still active, which reaffirms the immense posthumous vitality of Lorca’s creations.
