Gerd-Peter Münden’s musical takes us back to 1000 years before the birth of Christ, when King Saul’s people were at war with the Philistines. We meet the little shepherd boy David, who fights against the giant Goliath. He befriends Saul’s son Jonathan and is himself ordained king. How will this affect the friendship between the two?
