Anna Pirozzi , born in Naples onFebruary 8, 1975, is an Italian soprano . Anna Pirizzi is considered the most brilliant Italian dramatic soprano of her generation .

The roles of Maddalena di Coigny ( Andrea Chénier ), the title roles of Turandot , Aida , Tosca , Lucrezia Contarini ( I due Foscari ), Santuzza ( Cavalleria rusticana ), Odabella ( Attila ), Elvira ( Ernani ), Imogene ( Il pirata ), Lady Macbeth ( Macbeth ) have particularly marked her career .

Born and raised in Naples, Anna Pirozzi began studying singing at the age of twenty-five at the Istituto Musicale Pareggiato della Valle d’Aosta, then perfected her skills at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory (Turin) .
