But madness is a gray and insidious area: if there is no longer any sense, if the world is mad, which choices are right? Which direction to go? Alice is simply lost! Matteo Franceschini, Silver Lion in Venice, stages Wonderland, where every truth is refutable and every word is confused. Alice will have to broaden her views to understand that madness is just a point of view. As the Cheshire Cat reminds her: “I’m not crazy! My reality is just different from yours”
