1: “The play is about a universe in which there can never be silence. Whether it is the silence of the grave or the silence of silence, or the silence of the classroom, it is never silence. When I mention the word silence so many times, one starts thinking about it. We try to be silent for two minutes and 16 seconds at our performance, but if you were there, you know that there was no silence. Chairs creaked, someone coughed, sneezed, took photos, or someone’s stomach rumbled. The word quiet is only used to silence someone, but it will never be quiet. Think about it! When you give a person something to eat, he starts chewing or munching. If you don’t give him food, his stomach starts to win. Even the universe is one big belly…” (Claude Johann Čierny)

3: “I enjoy children’s opera because of the music and other funny scenes. Marek (Piaček) trains us. I was interested in samples of music that I didn’t know about until now – also from the orchestra and others such as Pinguin cafe, Vláčik, Zralok-psycho, ‘On the father-in-law’ and Svätenie jari 4’33”.
