    Works from Fragments of operas by WA Mozart, G. Rossini, G. Donizetti and G. Verdi

    Opera is considered the most complete artistic manifestation in the history of the West. Music and singing interact on the stage, but also literature, poetry, scenography and design, among other disciplines. This conglomerate generates a unique and special combination.

    This concert provides an access route to understand some of the main features of the operatic genre through humor. From a selection of known excerpts from different operas, the different types of voices, the most frequent musical forms (arias, recitatives, duets and tercets), the importance of visual aspects and the peculiarities of bel canto are discovered .
