A SHOW WITHOUT THE AUDIENCE, BECAUSE THE AUDIENCE IS IN THE SHOW
Turandot could be a butterfly but instead it is a moth, dark and sinister, which moves only at night and which still cannot detach itself from its cocoon. Calaf arrives with her father Timur and their slave Liù who brings love and amazes everyone with her candor. It is not the resolution of the puzzles that changes Turandot, but the feeling of the faithful slave. Thus the princess, first held tight by bands and drapes, unwinds, revealing a colorful soul, a heart of a butterfly. The chorus of the audience can in turn explode, like a field of flowers or colored butterflies and ladybugs, beetles, dragonflies. Finally viewers can be boys again.
