Great singer, great voice, best bass in the world. Why are best bass always Slavs?
I’ve listened to Abdrazakov many times in person and still can’t understand the secret of his fame. Such throaty, disgusting voice without real bass resonance and with terribly weak low notes plus totally hursh technique. Obviously his success is a product of a good management, nothing else. There are so many basses million times better and with real bass voices. Sad, Opera today is in crisis because of people’s ignorance.
