Rudolf Geri, conductor and composer
He graduated from the Academy of Performing Arts in 1983 with a degree in conducting. He worked as a conductor in the Lúčnica ensemble, led the Bratislava Lyre Festival Orchestra for five years, and conducted the Nová scéna music theater for 13 years.
Rudolf Geri is the author of music for over 100 films and productions, one opera, and six musicals. He is a sought-after conductor and arranger of musical and operetta titles with an international cast. For six years, he worked as the chief conductor of the successful musical Dracula in Prague, and was also the producer and conductor of the largest concerts at the turn of the millennium in Bratislava and Košice, known as the “Millenium Megaconcert”.
