ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THIS PERFORMANCE
With great emotion, the “Città di Tolentino” Polyphonic Choir closes the XXVII Choral Music Festival with “Requiem for the living” and “Pater Noster” by Dan Forrest. The composer, who was present at the world premiere of “his” Pater Noster, performed in Solomeo (PG) on 3 July 2022, used these words to define a creative act: “The circle has closed with the audience” . In fact, he meant that a musical work of art takes shape in different stages: the imagination of the artist, the notes on the score, the execution and finally the audience, that is YOU.
