“Current themes, such as genocide, devaluation of science and corruption, marked the trajectory of the Greek philosopher 2,500 years ago, whose life is told in an opera written (music and texts) by Andersen Viana.
Issues such as corruption, bribery, genocide and devaluation of knowledge and valorization of force and weapons, in evidence today in contemporary society, were also present 2,500 years ago in Greece by the philosopher, mathematician and musician Pythagoras, whose life put on the stage in the opera “Pythagoras of Samos”.
