The Parma OperArt association , recognizing that music plays a fundamental role in the overall development of the individual and that it can harmonize the soul with everything that exists and surrounds us, aims to promote, create, and disseminate musical and artistic culture through cultural initiatives of general interest. These initiatives aim to foster freedom of artistic expression, the valorization and dissemination of musical art, opera, concerts and dance, cinema, theater management, and singing academies. The association promotes young artists in the fields of music, vocals, and dance. Competitions, masterclasses, festivals and reviews, opera productions, art exhibitions, and ” Synesthesia between the Arts ” are among its activities.
The association’s logo draws inspiration from the “Tempietto d’Arcadia,” located in Parma’s Parco Ducale, designed by Petitot. This corner of Parma was once frequented by artists, poets, and writers, a destination for philosophers, and a place of contemplation for the arts in general. This symbol of culture and art represents what our association seeks to embody in all its activities.
