The Grodno Capella closes the XXXI concert season.
June 28 at 19.00 Italian passions will flare up on the stage of the large hall of the regional drama theater. They will captivate the audience of the Opera Gala concert, dedicated to the anniversaries of the two geniuses of Italian opera, Giuseppe Verdi and Giacomo Puccini. The work of composers covers the period from the middle of the 19th to the first quarter of the 20th century. Peru, the maestro of the Italian Revolution, Giuseppe Verdi, owns 26 operas. It was he who made this genre a truly folk art. Giacomo Puccini, the last classic of Italian opera, had a tangible influence on the development of European opera in the 20th century.
Lovers of classical music will live a whole bunch of bright emotions with the heroes of the operas “La Traviata”, “Aida”, “Un ballo in maschera”, “Macbeth”, “Don Carlos”, “Sicilian Supper”, “Nabucco”, “Tosca”, “Madama Butterfly” and “Willis”. Overtures, scenes, choirs and arias from them will be performed by the symphony orchestra, chamber choir and soloists of the Grodno Chapel.
