Music together with others? Manniskan och musik – a documentary in five parts – now available at Konserthuset Play
The half-hour long episodes revolve around one or more of the elements that music, making music and listening consist of. The films contain unique recordings with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and personal interviews with a number of the orchestra’s members. We accompany you into the private practice rooms, listen to solo pieces and chamber music – and try to understand the essence of the music. It serves as an introduction to classical music – for young and old alike – but also as an immersion for already diligent listeners and concertgoers.
