ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THIS PERFORMANCE
Portugal. 1942, night: the doctor of the poor is murdered.
1974, dawn: technicians cut cables, the recruit cannot leave the barracks.
2024, morning: patients wait, travelers move on.
2077, afternoon: there is an echo of a text.
In the celebration of the 50th anniversary of April 25th, Madrugada: as razões de um movimento (Dawn: the reasons for a movement) evokes historical episodes and projects itself into the future to reflect on democracy. It carries freedom in its hands and dances around the question: how are revolutions made and prisons shattered?
