In 1736, on the occasion of the coronation of Frederick Augustus as king of Poland (with the name of Augustus III), Ristori composed the opera Le Fate, taken from Orlando furioso, which was staged in Warsaw (in which they appeared the singers Rosa Negri in the role of Alcina, Domenico Annibali in the role of Ruggiero, Giovanni Bindi in the female role of Bradamante and the funny Cosimo Ermini in the part of the servant Doro).
