Kaori Yamada (Composer)
Graduated from the Department of Composition at the Faculty of Music, Tokyo University of the Arts, and completed the Graduate School of Composition at the same university.
Her main works include commissioned pieces for solo and choral voices, as well as orchestral, religious, koto, electronic music, and stage performances. She has also published a wide range of arrangements and piano performance CDs through Yamaha Music Media.
She is currently a specially appointed assistant professor at the Tokyo University of the Arts General Arts Archive Center’s Audio-Visual Data Research Project, a part-time lecturer at the Kunitachi College of Music, and a full member of the Japan Society for Electronic Music.
