Join the giant choir in Berwaldhallen, which, together with the Radio Chorus, pays tribute to the composer Hugo Alfvén – or settle down and enjoy a grand jubilee tribute. Alfvén’s songs and choral works are very lively. During the years 1910-1947, he led the male choir Orphei Drängar, and was also a conductor in the Allmänna Sången between 1919 and 1930. As part of Alfvén’s 150th anniversary, his work is celebrated in a sing-along concert with newly written arrangements of his music. For those who want to participate as a singer, a rehearsal and sheet music are included in the ticket price. All under the direction of conductor Maria Goundorina.
