Students will perform Engelbert Humperdinck’s late 19th century opera Hänsel and Gretel, based on the fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm. This abridged version will indulge your imagination as you join two children lost in the woods who stumble into a trap. With delightful music, simmering wit, and a ravenous witch hiding out in a candy-coated cottage, this famous fairy tale is delightful at any age.
