ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THIS PERFORMANCE
As part of the Virada Cultural 2026 program, the São Paulo Municipal Theatre transformed the Chico Giacchieri Technical Center into the Grand Central Ópera Park—a vast, immersive journey where backstage areas, sets, costumes, sounds, and operatic structures took on new meanings in a sensory experience open to the public. Arias, choral pieces, performances, and artistic interventions intersected along the route, guided by artists, musicians, technicians, and performers in a state of constant transformation. Amidst structures reminiscent of carousels and Ferris wheels, the experience invited the audience to journey through the very heart of opera.
