On November 29, 1924, Brussels said goodbye for the last time to one of the greatest geniuses in the history of music. Today, one hundred years after his death, the musical director of the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, Oksana Lyniv, dedicates a heartfelt tribute to this extraordinary artist.
With the depth that distinguishes her musical vision, director Lyniv has created a video tribute to remember and honor the immortal legacy of the great composer. A moment of reflection and celebration, which crosses time and renews the universal strength of his music.
“Puccini was one of the greatest Italian composers in the history of music. To pay homage to him on the centenary of his death, I went to Brussels to relive the emotion of his last, tragic journey and reflect on the immense legacy he left us with his music.
