150th birth anniversary of the famous Ukrainian opera singer Solomiya Krushelnytska, the most prominent diva at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. She is an example of devotion to arts and her nation, an ambassador of the Ukrainian voice and song on almost all continents.
The anniversary concert features the best Ukrainian singers of our time, representing Ukrainian opera art on world stages. They will sing on the stage of the theatre that remembers Krushelnytska’s triumphant performances and is named after her.
Arias and ensembles from the repertoire of Solomiya Krushelnytska, which she performed in the world’s most famous theatres, from Lviv and Odesa to Warsaw, Paris, Milan, Naples, Cairo, Barcelona, Lisbon, Buenos Aires, etc., will be performed.
