Donostia Opera – Donostiarra Association of Friends of the Opera organizes a concert with choirs and opera arias on Saturday, December 2 at the church of San Vicente in San Sebastián .
It is a semi-staged show, titled Divina Opera, in which different fragments of Basque opera are compiled, on this occasion belonging to the Pudente operas , the first operatic creation entirely in Basque, by Serafín Baroja and José Antonio Santesteban; Mendi-mendiyan , by José María Usandizaga; Maitena , by Charles Colin; and El caserío and Mirentxu , both by Jesús Guridi.
