ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THIS PERFORMANCE
The opera Conmigo o con nadie is based on the femicide of Felicitas Guerrero, murdered in 1872 by Enrique Ocampo, a suitor she had rejected. The work presents the story of Felicitas in parallel to that of María, a young woman of the 21st century who finds herself harassed and violent by her partner.
It premiered in 2022 in the city of Buenos Aires where two seasons were performed at the Hasta Trilce theater. It was also presented at the Municipal Theater of the city of Bahía Blanca, Province of Buenos Aires, within the framework of the Independent Opera Festival of the South.
