ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THIS PERFORMANCE
On 28 January, in the millenary setting of the Cathedral of Modena, one of the most awaited celebrations that the city dedicates to the Modenese Patron Saint took place, the Concert of San Geminiano.
Promoted by the Modena Foundation, with the support of the Modena Chamber of Commerce, BPER Banca, the Banco San Geminiano and San Prospero Foundation, UniCredit, and the organization of Modenamoremio, under the patronage of the Municipality of Modena.
The concert was presented by Federica Galli. The pieces in the programme, by Bach, Mozart, Schubert, Rossini, Haendel, Verdi, Haydn and Caccini, were performed by the Philharmonic of the Teatro Comunale di Modena conducted by Maestro Hirofumi Yoshida, with interventions by three artists who in their training have enjoyed of the teachings of Raina Kabaivanska: the mezzo-soprano Veronica Simeoni, the tenor Giuseppe Infantino and the soprano Aida Pas
