In Bach’s Coffee Cantata, which was written in 1735 and had its world premiere at Cafe Zimmermann in Leipzig the same year, coffee addiction, which was perceived as a social problem in the eighteenth century, is described in a satirical manner.
A show called Coffee Love was created by adding the music of Bach’s Coffee Cantata to the music of Air, Gavot I and Gavot II from orchestra suite number 3 and the Violin Concerto in E Major
