  The 39th performance of the Charity Concert “In Your Presence” was held on June 17th at Seongnam Art Center, Gyeonggi Province, where the village of St. Lazarus was organized to help the family of Hansen’s disease at home and abroad. The concert, which was held on the 75th anniversary of the establishment of St. Lazarus, was held under the theme of “Little gestures, great love – the recommendation of Pope Leo XIV, “I Loved You.”

  On this day, the stage was decorated with orchestral, vocals, crossovers, and popular music. The Primaars Orchestra opened the doors of the concert with Arirang Fantasia, and the bass baritone Gil Byung-min and the soprano Jang Hye-jung performed songs and chants such as “The One Who Gives Me Happiness to You” and “Panis Angelicus”, and the crossover group Riverante continued to perform on the stage with “The Journey”.

  In the second part, singers Kim Jong-hwan, Lia Kim, Park Ki-young, and An Chi-hwan added the meaning of sharing songs that are familiar to the public, such as <For Love>, <The Great Promise>, <Nella Fantasia>, and <People Are More Beautiful Than Flowers>. At the end, the cast and the audience ended the concert by singing “Don’t Worry, You” together.

  Bishop Yong-Hoon (Mathia), the Diocese of Suwon, said in a congratulatory message, “Today, this charity concert is a place where small loves come together to achieve great hope,” adding, “The beautiful melody that resonates on the stage is more than just a performance, it is a message of comfort and hope for those who are suffering.”
