Famous arias and duets from operas by Russian and foreign composers

The prima donna of the opera stage Khibla Gerzmava will perform together with the laureates of the First International Competition of Vocalists and Accompanists Khibla Gerzmava. Talented vocalists from Russia, China and Kazakhstan, who won the opera diva competition, will perform accompanied by the Krasnoyarsk Academic Symphony Orchestra (artistic director and chief conductor – Vladimir Lande) under the baton of conductor Arif Dadashev.
Khibla Gerzmava is a real prima donna of the opera stage. A bright and charismatic singer, she sounds equally convincing both in classical arias and in jazz improvisations. The acclaimed opera singer amazes listeners not only with her exemplary technique and unique timbre, she is distinguished by her outstanding acting and the thoughtfulness of each image. Khibla is a real style icon, and her name on the poster is a guarantee of a sold-out show in any country. In love with music, Khibla Gerzmava is one of the most sought-after singers of our time.
An outstanding musician and talented actress, she has unmistakable intuition and is capable of fulfilling any director’s task. Today Khibla Gerzmava is not just an opera singer – she is an associate professor of the department of solo singing at the Moscow Conservatory, the founder and director of the music festival “Khibla Gerzmava invites…”, which is supported by the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives, as well as the creator of the International Competition of Vocalists and Accompanists.

From October 13 to October 31, 2023, the Krasnoyarsk Arts Festival “Hvorostovsky” will be held, dedicated to the legendary opera singer Dmitry Aleksandrovich Hvorostovsky.
The festival was established in Krasnoyarsk and is held with the support of the family and parents of the world famous baritone. The venues will traditionally be the Krasnoyarsk Regional Philharmonic and the Krasnoyarsk State Opera and Ballet Theater named after. D. A. Hvorostovsky.
The concept of the festival in 2023 is based on the theme of mentoring, the transfer of performing arts traditions from teacher to student. In the concerts, recognized professionals of the world opera stage will present their students and perform programs with young laureates of international music competitions.
