Gwanghwamun Square has established itself as a citizen-centered cultural space, and the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts has operated as a representative venue for Korean culture and the arts. Through this performance, the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts plans to expand Gwanghwamun Square into an open platform for culture and the arts.
This performance is a large-scale outdoor cultural event following the BTS concert held at Gwanghwamun Square last March, and will be held in the form of an opera gala concert featuring Korean vocalists active on opera stages in Europe and the United States.
